Grounding

I observed the world through the world view and I see the majority of people struggle to get by. They built life on top of trauma. I see them strive to survive and in their every moment I see a dim light of hope clouded by misery. Behind their masks and the costume they wore, I saw a big bright light trying to push its way out. In that light carries potential, dreams, inspirations, gifts and talents wanting to be free that the individual knows nothing about. Through every pulse of push it sent out, it waited with a glimpse of faith of getting notice as its thought rested.

How much better their life could have been if they were to be grounded from within. I saw it and it’s such a beautifully and clearly painted picture. How I wish I could share it with them.

October was a lifestyle healing month for me. As an individual who is overly empathic and passionate about serving others I find myself to always over deliver even when the other party doesn't care for it. As my passion grew I had to learn to pull my energy back. To save some for me so I can better ground and care for myself and better serve those that are 100% committed to fighting for themselves. At the beginning it was difficult because I felt 100% of the struggles they felt and since I have been there myself I never wish such experience upon anyone.

As I continuously pulled my energy back I realized how essential our every life experiences and challenges are. I saw deeper into myself and as I dive deeper in that direction I found myself going home. Having nurtured my lifestyle into balance I saw how high and widely expanded my energetic field has gotten. I am mind blown by the harmony it has brought into my life. I am inspired by the beautiful souls that I recently crossed paths with.

Everything fell into alignment. I am in alignment.

One day someone called me up. They had been stuck on their shamanic journey for a while. As they allowed me into their energy field, I felt all that they’re experiencing and as they opened themselves up more, their spirit guides and higher self came through. I forwarded the information that came through to them and there I said, caughting myself in the moment, “..Sometimes our guides give us roadblocks so we can learn from it and better serve others..”

Something clicked in me. Grounding. I was reminded by my entire spiritual team of all the things I’ve been through, have been teaching and practicing. It’s not so much about how capable we are but it’s about being able to ground, empower, inspire, nurture, and educate within the moment for those that need guidance, there and then. It’s about them taking actions in spite of fear and going towards the soul transformation they incarnated for, here in the now. It’s about the investment they’re willing to make in themselves because they finally realize their self value and worth.

For those of you on a healing journey, if the direction that you're on feels aligned, keep going in spite of fear. Invest in yourself if you must. You matter. The investment and commitment you make today could multiple into thousands of the beautiful things you would have never dared to imagine.

For those of you on a spiritual journey, go all in. The unknown is scary but the knowledge you’ll gain and connection you’ll make is life changing. Trust in yourself and your spiritual team. You are safely guided and protected. Invest in yourself and your team. It is worth it.

If you’re on a shamanic journey, a lot of people will say becoming a shaman is expensive but let me tell you this. It is expensive because it’s an investment. When you go out to look for your tools, that is you putting in the time to get to know yourself. That is your higher self showing you what compatibility is and what you like and dislike. When you make a purchase, that is you making a commitment to yourself. Your tools are a representation of your guides. Your guides are a representation of you. This goes to prove to you your ability to trust your intuition, invest in yourself, and choose your tribe.

In bigger perspectives, how you show up is how you do everything. If you carelessly purchase tools for your journey that reflects how careless you are when it comes to choosing your friends. If you’re unwilling to purchase your tools and are using those of others despite incompatibility, that is you not caring for your life. You’re saying to yourself that your destination, goals and dreams don't matter. You’re telling yourself you don’t matter.

Grounding is so much more than knowing yourself. It is alignment in the things you allow into your space and the decisions you make. In everything you do there will be a grounding cost but that cost is up for you to determine. Will it be a spending loss or investment? The choice is always yours. It is yours to make it right. In each decisive decision you make grounds you and it either brings you closer to where you want to be or further away from where you want to go. In times of stuckness, are you just impatient or are you being indecisive?
