Seasons & Lessons
Weather are a form of punishment to spirits, such as trees, grass, rocks, and any outdoor spirits. For those that are fixed in their places, they're unable to hide from the dry cold wind, the coldness and wetness of the season, or the dry heat. For those that had fallen, until their spirits is lifted up and send off to judgement, they're stuck in where they had fallen to experience it all similar to all that we call nature.
On the contrary, seasonal changes brings us beauty and teaches us about so many things:
- the art of letting go
- the beauty of rising after numerous fall
- the lessons and remembrance of innocence, exuberance, reverence, and perseverance
- and so much more.
If we take a careful look at the cycle, we would come to be reminded that everything is unpredictable. That there's a timing and a purpose for everything. Our life journey and experiences is never meant to aligned with anyone else but ourselves and our growth.
Life is a cycle of seasons, as seasons are a cycle of changes and growth. To be that of a living being means we have the power to create but also the strength to accept our consequences and undergone our punishment. Life is what we make of it.
As the weather is getting colder into the holidays I hope everyone is staying safe and warm. Take care of yourself before you take care of your loved ones. Listen to your body and rest if needed. Above all, make the best out of your life at all times despite what life throws at you. You're that powerful. Be good to yourself so you can do good for the world.
