Never Say Never
I was working on my sound healing marketing content and ended up walking down the memory lane. I used to see people work with crystals and stones and would say that will never be me. Years later here I am right where I never imagined myself to be.
Before I started my spiritual journey I was never interested in crystals and stones. I'd heard of them before but I didn’t have any connection to them. It was my spiritual journey that introduced me to crystals and stones.
Thinking back during my awakening period I was unconsciously drawn to crystals and stones. I made several gift purchases and surprisingly 3 of the figurines on my altar had crystals in them. When I was purchasing my figurines I had a lot of trouble finding the right one. It’s either too big or too small or I simply was not attracted to its design. When I came across the three that I purchased I was drawn to their design and because they had stones in them I did have to look into each stone but again it wasn’t the stone that I was drawn to, it was the color and its design. The message and the stone itself was the last thing I took into consideration before I made my purchase.
Over the summer I was introduced to more crystals and stone work. During this time I would simply acknowledge it and go on about my day. I shrugged at my guides, laughed, and told them crystals and stones aren’t for me. I don’t work with them. I don’t know what to do with them. Fast forward to a few months ago they started responding. Each time they respond, they would say, “Not right now.” or, “Just not now.”
Here I am today officially working with crystals and stones. Crystals are in my candles. I am also now a certified sound healer and the tools I specifically used are made of crystals. The only tool used for sound healing that isn’t made of crystals are my tuning forks.
The concept of Never Say Never has taught me a lot of things, especially about myself - particularly in believing in myself. It is something I simply don't allow myself to get used to. I keep it in my life because this is the type of energy that keeps me going. The type of magic that makes my life fun.
