Gloomy Days

When life takes an unexpected turn, understand that these moments are not meant to block your growth; they are designed to give you a powerful push towards re-alignment.

Yes, you will feel emotionally drained and mentally hurt. Yes, there will be days, nights, weeks, or months where you'll cry continuously. But no matter what, keep wiping those tears dry. Trust that those tears have done their work, washing away all that has blinded and blocked you from seeing your path clearly.

Stay Grounded on Your Runway

There will be days when it feels like heaven has turned a blind eye on you. Regardless, stay true to who you are, stay grounded in your purpose, keep your head high, and keep walking. This world is your runway.

People will watch, and they will talk. There will be those who will encourage you and those who discourage you. There will be those who like you and those who dislike you. Nonetheless, be kind anyway, and be especially kind to yourself.

In this journey of yours, their role is secondary because this is your journey. You are the main lead. Your opinions matter because you are in charge of your every thought, word, and action. Never lose sight of who you are just because the temporary opinions of others consume your mind. They have no control over you, for they do not know what you have survived.

The Courage to Seek Light

During times of hardships, please know that you are not alone, and that help is available if you take the courage to seek it.

Healing is a partnership, not a solitary prison.

Wherever you are in your healing journey, may you find the strength to keep going. May you find the light to accompany you and keep you warm during those gloomy days.
